Price Adjustments
Price Adjustment Policy:
Customers have a seven-day window from the date of item receipt to request a price adjustment. Price adjustments will be issued in the form of store credit. Sale items are excluded from price adjustments. To request a price adjustment, please email Customercare@her-empire.com with your order number and item details within the seven-day timeframe. Our customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days.
Note: Our decision regarding price adjustments is final.
