SHIPPING FOR UNITED STATES
- FREE STANDARD SHIPPING for US orders over $100 USD.
- Orders under $100 USD are a flat rate of $5 USD for Standard Shipping.
- Upgrade your order to Express shipping for a flat rate of $10 USD.
We now offer both Express and Standard trackable shipping for all international orders.

PLEASE READ OUR SHIPPING TERMS BELOW PRIOR TO PLACING AN ORDER.
- Please note delays may occur in dispatching your order due to troubles with the address provided or any issues with the garments ordered. We will be in contact if this occurs to your order.
- We cannot be held responsible in the unlikely event your item/items are held up in customs whilst using any of our International shipping services. If such delay does occur it is unfortunately out of our control as all countries have different laws and customs regulations.
- International customers in more Rural Areas can take additional time for delivery.
- We will not be able to refund shipping or orders in the unlikely event an item does not arrive within the expected usual timeframe due to custom processing delays or unexpected shipment carrier delays beyond our control.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
- Once your order has been dispatched, you should receive an email with your tracking details.
- If you place an order and have not received a confirmation of dispatch/ tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order please email through to firstname.lastname@example.org ASAP.
CUSTOM, TAXES AND DUTY CHARGES FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
- Customs or Import charges MAY be required upon delivery. Please note that HER Empire is NOT responsible for covering these costs.
- International Shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees that are levied once the package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
- If one of our International carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL Express or USPS contacts you requiring payment of any additional duties and taxes and you refuse to pay or we are unable to get in touch with you, your shipment will not be released from customs and will be considered abandoned after 30 days of holding due to fault of customer. Abandoned shipments are destroyed after 30 days of holding. If you chose to abandon your shipment HER Empire is not liable to provide you with a refund for your order.
- HER Empire is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
- If you have changed delivery addresses since placing your order and your package has still not arrived we recommend contacting the shipping company directly to discuss options for redelivery or change of address.
- HER Empire is not responsible for any incorrect address information provided by the customer at time of purchase. We ask you to please check the delivery address you have entered at the checkout thoroughly before placing your order. If you notice a mistake or issue with your delivery address once your order has been placed please email through to email@example.com urgently for changes to be made. Once your order is dispatched we are unable to change the delivery address from our end and you will need to contact the shipping provider directly to organise any changes to address.
